Through my company, MCM (Marketing & Customer Management), I help entrepreneurs—especially service-based businesses—create clear, repeatable systems for lead generation, follow-up, and client communication. Many business owners are juggling multiple tools, inconsistent outreach, and missed opportunities, so I focus on bringing everything into one streamlined approach that saves time and improves results.
In addition to marketing systems, I’m also the founder of ItzAnApp LLC and creator of the WiseMove App, a practical tool designed to help individuals and families stay organized when moving, storing, or managing their belongings. It’s a simple solution to a common problem—helping people keep track of what they have and where it is, while also creating opportunities for businesses to stay connected with their clients beyond a single transaction.
With a background in real estate and business development, I’ve spent years working directly with clients, understanding how important it is to combine strong relationships with the right systems. My approach is always practical and hands-on—focused on what actually works in the day-to-day of running a business.
I’m especially passionate about supporting women in business by helping them build structure behind their ideas, gain confidence in their sales and marketing, and create systems that allow them to grow without feeling overwhelmed. Whether it’s refining messaging, improving follow-up, or organizing their workflow, I enjoy helping women turn what they’re already doing into something more consistent, scalable, and sustainable.
